Further to our previous communication on Emergency Alert and Safety Procedures, we would like to highlight a few key points for your awareness:

• In the event of an emergency alert, lessons will be paused and will resume once the official emergency "eliminated" message is received. The school day will continue as normal thereafter.
• Our team will contact parents via their registered telephone numbers if needed during an emergency.
• In the event of a school closure directive from the Ministry, parents will be promptly informed via official email or ClassDojo message.
• For any urgent queries, parents may contact the Front Desk of their respective campus. The Front Desk numbers will serve as dedicated “Emergency Hotline” and are available on the school website: https://tngqatar.online/index.php/home/locations 
• The Campus Head serves as the Safety and Security Lead at each campus and will act in line with directives received from the Ministry.

For your convenience, the previously shared Emergency Alert and Safety Procedures document is being shared again.
