1. TIMSS – Trends in International Mathematics and Science Study

Assesses Mathematics & Science in Grades 4 & 8.
TIMSS is widely used for policy evaluation and tracking education trends.

2. PIRLS – Progress in International Reading Literacy Study

Assesses reading literacy at Grade 4.
Qatar actively participates and releases detailed national reports.

3. Cambridge Checkpoint (Primary)

External exams marked by Cambridge examiners.
Conducted at the end of Primary (Year 6).
Measures core subjects: English, Maths, Science.

4. IGCSE / International GCSE (External Examination Boards)

Offered through Cambridge (CAIE) and Pearson Edexcel certified centers.
Qatar schools administer IGCSE, AS Levels, and A Levels as formal external exams.
